This training course covers the fields of application and the operation of digital protection techniques. As well as dealing with theoretical aspects, practical advice is given on the selection and application of devices – also in comparison with conventional protection techniques.

Practical trainings in small groups in a modern network protection lab enables participants to adjust and test distance protection equipment from AREVA, Siemens and Sprecher Automation using stationairy and nonstationary variables. The communication of theoretical and practical knowledge in the area of selective ground-fault detection as well as the application of digital protection round out the picture of the new equipment technology. 

Result:
Practical training in a modern network protection lab enables participants to adjust and test distance protection equipment using stationary and non-stationary variables. Theoretical and practical knowledge of selective ground-fault detection as well as the application of digital protection complete the picture of the new technology.
