Every power failure is unique and requires specific competences and skills of the investigator in order to find the root cause of the failure. In this power failure investigation course, the participants are guided through the principles of the power failure investigation methodology.

The use of active feedback and discussions will ensure a good understanding of the material involved. Furthermore the program covers the knowledge, tools and methods needed for power failure investigation. Besides theory, the course also provides hands-on experience by examining multiple cases and a visit to DNV GL's Power Failure Investigation laboratory (PFI-lab). 

After this course the participant will be able to perform a failure investigation and determine the root cause in a structured and uniform way. Furthermore the participant will be able to analyse trends and developments in a failure portfolio.

This course will be given in the English or Dutch language (depends on the group composition). For more information, please refer to the leaflet.
